- Responsible for end to end hiring process & fullfill Talent requirement of the organization
- Own accountability for TA policies budget frameworks & governance
- Reviewing of existing Job Descriptions and realigning them according to the needs of the department/organization
- Implement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract and find the best candidates for the job
- To partner with the departments in making a confident and wellinformed decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against the Job Requirements
- Should be aware of several kinds of techniques used for selecting the right candidate (e.g. psychometric MBTI SWOT Intelligence Tests General Aptitude Tests etc.
- Determine selection criteria forcandidates by liaising with line managers
- Sourceapplicants through professional online channels.
- Identify and refine down the mostsuitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selectionprocedures including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews
- Assess candidates informationincluding C.Vs. portfolios and references
- Organize and attend job fairs andrecruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

Handling team of 10 people.
Responsible foroverseeingtalent acquisition.
Familiar with social media C.V.Databases and professional networks
Fullcycle recruiting usingvarious interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant TrackingSystems
Proficiency in documentingprocesses and keeping up with industry trends
Masters degree in humanresources management.
