We are seeking a highly skilled senior associate with expertise in Python Generative AI (GenAI) Prompt Engineering and React JS to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced AI/ML solutions building userfriendly web applications and optimizing the performance of generative models. You will collaborate closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement Pythonbased AI/ML solutions using libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch and scikitlearn.
Apply Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and prompt engineering to optimize model performance and enhance client applications.
Build maintain and optimize responsive web applications using React JS ensuring highquality userfriendly experiences.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform data analysis model development and deployment of AI/ML solutions to drive datadriven business decisions.
Guide and mentor junior team members in AI/ML model development React JS development and best practices.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI Python GenAI React JS and other relevant technologies.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders ensuring alignment on project goals.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering Data Science or a related field.
Valid years of experience in software development with expertise in Python GenAI and React JS.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or scikitlearn.
Experience in working with Generative AI (GenAI) large language models and prompt engineering.
Handson experience with React JS and building scalable responsive web applications.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to develop innovative and efficient solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical topics to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Ability to work independently and in crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred qualifications
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. ISTQB certifications) are a plus.
