About the Role
This is more than just account management. As a Client Relationship Manager youll be a strategic partner to clients championing product adoption delivering personalised training and proactively supporting retention and satisfaction. Your consultative approach and sales mindset will help expand client usage while driving value across a suite of cuttingedge digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training and onboarding for new clients across a digital product suite
Foster client loyalty and satisfaction through proactive engagement
Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities across service lines
Monitor usage address issues and provide tailored solutions
Lead webinars client calls and targeted outreach activities
Build longterm valuedriven relationships with a diverse client base
What Were Looking For
12 months experience in clientfacing roles ideally in tech legal or SaaS
Strong communication and presentation skills
A high level of selfmotivation and accountability
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience ideal)
A passion for helping others succeed with innovative technology
Knowledge of the legal or conveyancing sector is advantageous
