Minimum Requirements:
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (not negotiable)
Relevant qualification.
5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on training and development.
Expert knowledge of SDL WSP ATR and SETA requirements.
Proven experience in handling SETA funding applications and discretionary grants.
Strong understanding of BBBEE Skills Development and Employment Equity compliance.
Excellent knowledge of HR policies labour laws and best practices.
Strong analytical project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities: General Human Resources:
Oversee recruitment selection and onboarding to ensure talent acquisition aligns with business needs.
Manage employee relations disciplinary processes and grievance procedures in line with labour law.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
Support performance management initiatives including goal setting coaching and succession planning.
Provide guidance on employee wellness retention strategies and career development.
Handle HR reporting workforce planning and compliance audits.
Ensure alignment of HR strategies with overall business goals and organisational culture.
Training & Development:
Develop and implement workforce training strategies that align with business needs.
Manage the full SDL claims process including Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) submissions.
Engage with SETA and regulatory bodies to optimise funding opportunities and discretionary grants.
Identify skills gaps through training needs analysis and develop targeted learning solutions.
Implementation of learnerships/internships.
Monitor BBBEE Skills Development targets and ensure compliance with Employment Equity training objectives.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments employee feedback and performance metrics.
Manage relationships with external training providers to ensure highquality costeffective programs.
Keep up to date with changes in skills development legislation and ensure compliance.
