Job Summary:
As a Finance & Insurance Manager at Mosaic Ford Lake City you will oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance process for our customers. Youll collaborate with our sales team to deliver the best financial solutions to our customers while maintaining strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions. This role offers the chance to work in an exciting highenergy environment with a team that values professional growth customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to finalize deals and offer a variety of financing options tailored to each customers needs
- Analyze customers credit reports and financial profiles to identify the best financing solutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with lenders financial institutions and thirdparty vendors
- Present and sell valueadded products and services such as extended warranties maintenance plans and insurance options
- Ensure that all finance documents contracts and disclosures are accurate compliant and properly filed
- Stay uptodate with the latest state and federal regulations concerning auto finance and insurance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing financerelated questions and concerns
- Oversee daily operations of the finance department ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high standard of organization and administrative tasks related to finance and insurance
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in finance accounting business or relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 35 years of experience in a finance and insurance role within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of state and federal finance regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Detailoriented organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance management software
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- 4 days during week and Saturday work schedule.
