Job Description
Alexandria MN A Shift MondayWednesday 6:30am6:30pm & Thursday 6:30am12:30pm
This position is responsible for packing trailer loading and material handling of aluminum parts and participating in 5S initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Experience:
- 1 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Other required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong computer skills (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Ability to recognize safety concerns
- Knowledgeable in companywide computer systems and programs
- Ability to utilize the proper inspection equipment per designated work area
- A highly motivated selfstarter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to detect minor defects in the finish of the product
- Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts according to customer specifications
- Ability to properly use appropriate measuring tools
- Knowledge of the age cycle and the effect it has on the material
- Teamwork
- Ability to take part in additional training e. Extrusion 101
