The Senior Program Engineer Mechanical (SPEM) provides technical expertise during the preaward phase of complex engineering projects focusing on standardization modularization and alignment with FedEx technical and operational requirements. They ensure scope schedules and budgets meet organizational standards and FedEx expectations. Acting as the primary technical liaison the SPEM facilitates communication between engineering sales and FedEx teams to support project .
During project handover the SPEM prepares risk assessments identifies opportunities and shares Lessons Learned to guide . They develop FedExspecific specification packages conduct periodic audits and provide recommendations to maintain project success. Additionally they lead multidiscipline Project Design Reviews and collaborate with the Training team to develop and deliver technical training materials tailored to FedExs needs.

Base Salary Range:
The base salary range for this role is $100700 to $151100 . This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location level jobrelated knowledge skills experience and performance.
