Job Description
Northwestern Medicine Health Network Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine physician to join our team in Deerfield IL located in the north suburbs of Chicago.
As an Internal Medicine physician in our practice you will provide specialized care for adult patients and manage a wide range of chronic diseases and complex conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on patients lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment that maintains worklife balance. The ideal candidate values highquality care and building strong patient relationships in a clinicbased environment.
Highlights:
- Join a team of 5 established and wellrespected Internal Medicine Physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am 5pm with flexible schedule
- Call responsibilities: one week once or twice a year
- Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
- Advance practice provider nurse and medical assistant support
- Multispecialty clinic with Immediate Care Center
- Hospital privileges at NM Lake Forest Hospital
- EPIC electronic health system
Qualifications :
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- Boardeligible or certified in Internal Medicine
- Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
