Job Description

We are looking to hire seven 7 Human Resources Analyst III Recruiters for limitedterm positions (up to 36 months) as part of a surge staffing project aimed at reducing vacancies. If you are a selfdirected detailoriented problemsolver with a passion for making a difference we want you to bring your talents to our team!

In your role you will partner/strategize with the hiring managers to acquire talent and educate/train hiring managers. Using your skills you will develop advertisements job postings build applicant sources by networking and maintaining relationships with key candidate/communities for short and/or longterm opportunities. You will provide a great candidate experience through ongoing communication by providing applicants information about: job duties working conditions pay benefits and promotional opportunities. You will maintain applicant tracking information and other pertinent recruitment and selection information as well as actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.


The ideal candidate will have a record of demonstrating the highest level of ethics and integrity and is committed to diversity equity and inclusion.

Schedule: 9/80 Monday through Friday /Every other Friday off. Monday through Thursday 9 hours per day 8 hours per day every other Friday. Start times are no earlier than 6 am and end times are no later than 6 pm.


Hybrid: Metropolitans current practice in this position is a hybrid work schedule. This typically includes two days a week in person and the other days remote. This is subject to change dependent on organizational needs. In addition a telework policy is scheduled for negotiations and once completed and implemented will provide final direction on the hybrid schedule.


EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years relevant experience; or two years as a MWD Human Resources Analyst II.

Relevant Experience is defined as: Full lifecycle recruiting.

Desirable Experience:

Public Sector full life cycle recruiting

Experience with recruiting in a union environment

This classification performs work that requires maintaining confidentiality and is routinely privy to matters that either involves confidential information sensitive personnel issues or exposure to confidential and sensitive strategic corporate information.
