Job Description
Are you a skilled and innovative Electronic Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity Our client a leading company in the electronics industry is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team in Cape Town. This role offers the chance to work on cuttingedge projects collaborate with a talented engineering team and contribute to the development of highquality electronic products.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design develop and test electronic systems and components.
- Work on circuit design PCB layout and firmware development.
- Conduct research to improve existing systems and develop new technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in electronic products.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Mechanical and Software Engineers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g. Altium Designer Eagle or similar).
- Experience with embedded systems microcontrollers and programming (C/C Python).
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
