Overview

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to join our Estate Agency & Lettings marketing team at our Head Office in Colchester. This is a varied and exciting role that would suit a keen marketer wanting to take the next steps in their career within a national organisation.

The main duties of a Marketing Executive:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee the companys social media accounts creating engaging content increasing followers and driving user engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Monitor open rates clickthrough rates and conversion rates for optimisation.
  • Content Marketing and Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop highquality SEOoptimised content for the websites blogs and social media platforms. Develop update and manage all group CMS platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilise web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Request Management: Monitor and manage appropriate marketing inboxes and action requests as required in a timely efficient manner.
  • Admin Management: Oversee and manage other core duties including but not limited to managing joiners and leavers across all group websites and appropriate property portals.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Manage onpage and offpage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings drive traffic and increase the online visibility of the company.
  • PayPerClick Advertising (PPC): As and when appropriate create and manage PPC campaigns to increase web traffic reduce CPC and maximise ROI.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Support the development and of comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the companys goals and objectives.

The characteristics that will make you a successful Marketing Candidate:

  • Digital marketing experience across a range of activities including campaign management content creation and social media skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving excellence.
  • 13 years digital marketing experience.
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Proficient in IT and Office packages
  • Experience using email campaign software is beneficial (but not essential).
  • Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM or equivalent is desirable).
