- Develop and automate reports ensuring accurate data extraction from the Hollard Health system.
- Own and manage data integration across all business areas and external partners.
- Utilise Power BI or similar analytics tools to provide actionable insights for decisionmaking.
- Understand business processes such as member changes and other key operational workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert on business processes and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Assist business analysts in mapping and documenting processes.
- Perform postdevelopment testing implementation and monitoring of solutions.
- Ensure efficient and accurate coding adhering to best practices in software development.
- Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) for streamlined development workflows.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science Business Analytics or a related field.
- Honours degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field will be advantageous.
Experience:
- Develop and automate reports ensuring accurate data extraction from the Hollard Health system.
