Description
Hire Resolves client a wellestablished and fastgrowing engineering consultancy that specializes in delivering innovative structural and civil engineering solutions is currently seeking a Senior Rebar Detailer to join their dynamic team based in Boksburg Gauteng.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in rebar detailing with strong proficiency in Revit and a solid background in producing accurate and efficient reinforcement drawings for a variety of civil and structural projects.
Responsibilities
Produce accurate and detailed reinforcement drawings and bending schedules using Revit and other BIM software.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create comprehensive rebar detailing models.
Collaborate with structural engineers and project teams to ensure detailing meets design intent and project requirements.
Review and check drawings for quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
Assist in resolving detailingrelated issues during the construction phase.
Maintain documentation and manage project files efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in rebar detailing with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficient in Revit with a solid understanding of BIM workflows.
Relevant technical qualification or diploma in drafting or structural detailing.
Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing codes and practices (e.g. SANS BS ACI).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
