Job Description

Outbound Sales Agent

Location: Cape Town South Africa
Salary: R9000 per month (based on experience) plus uncapped commission
Employment Type: FullTime

About the Role

As an Outbound Sales Agent you will be responsible for engaging potential clients promoting products and closing deals to contribute to business growth. The role requires a strong sales drive excellent communication skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of recent call center sales experience (cold calling experience is advantageous).
  • Matric certificate required with a clear criminal record.
  • Fluent in English with neutral accent and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications and experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Strong negotiation objection handling and closing skills.
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Highenergy individual who thrives in a fastpaced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and promote company products.
  • Perform needs analysis handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a professional approach at all times.
  • Maintain and update CRM records for effective followups and sales tracking.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Maintain high quality assurance scores and adhere to compliance regulations.
