What Youll Be Doing:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs professionally and courteously
- Provide clear and accurate service recommendations and cost estimates
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians ensuring efficient communication
- Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through followups and problem resolution
