Our Brooklyn Park MN location has an opening for either a Plate Maker 1 or a Plate Maker 2 for 2^nd shift.

PLATE MAKER 1

Pay

• $21/hour
• $1/hour shift differential

• Two 50cent increases in the 1^st year if training successfully completed

Experience & Education

• No manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to follow direction and work individually or as part of a team.
• Selfdriven and able to work with minimal oversight.
• Ability to conceptualize and problem solve.

• Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

PLATE MAKER 2

Pay

• $22$25/hour depending on experience
• $1/hour shift differential

Experience & Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required. A trade school certificate in Graphic Arts/Printing is preferred.
• 13 years of experience with platemaking equipment: CDI exposure washout dryer and postexposure units.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Ability to read and understand measurements on a tape measure.
• Ability to understand and produce printing plates correctly and in accordance with customer needs and
• Ability to learn and use all platemaking equipment: CDI exposure washout dryer and postexposure
• Strong mechanical
• Basic computer
• Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business
• Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to follow direction and work individually or as part of a team.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $22$25 hourly. Ultimately in determining pay we will consider the successful candidates location experience and other jobrelated factors.
