Preferred Qualifications
Comprehensive working knowledge and high level of skill in all aspects of the mechanical trades including plumbing heating steam fitting process piping acid waste pipe fitting fabrication commercial fixtures/equipment heat exchangers sewage treatment systems pneumatics hydronic/domestic pumps control valves isolation valves back flow prevention pressure reducing stations steam condensate systems etc. Must be able to read blueprints and independently lay out work with minimal supervision. Must exercise sound judgment and problemsolving skills. Willingness to work overtime when required. Must be knowledgeable of and follow the most recent international plumbing code. Must successfully complete the following trainings: Driver Safety Hazard Communications Lock Out/Tag Out Confined Space Electrical Safety Fall Protection Asbestos
