Job responsibilities
Production documentation development and process optimization
Based on the characteristics of equipment and production lines plan and compile core documents such as Production Work Instructions and Control Plan to ensure process standardization and quality consistency (such as motor winding parameter tolerance 0.1mm torque test pass rate 99.5 13.
DFMEA/PFMEA tools are used to predict production risks and the process department is linked to optimize the process flow and shorten the changeover time.
Analysis and rectification of the root causes of quality problems
Analyze the root cause of unqualified motor function/performance problems (such as abnormal noise excessive temperature rise excessive current etc. locate design material equipment or operation defects through 8D reports fishbone diagrams and other tools and promote the improvement of the closedloop rate of problems.
For design defects (such as gear size tolerance fit etc. propose improvement plans and complete verification (such as simulation modeling prototype testing) and promote the technical department to optimize the design scheme.
Standard resolution and crossdepartmental collaboration
Interpret industry standards such as IATF 16949 VDA 6.3 and IEC60034 establish differentiated customer demand matrices (such as differences in electromagnetic compatibility indicators in Europe America and Asian markets) and guide production lines to implement customized control strategies13.
Cooperate with the quality and R&D departments to complete customer audit response and technical disclosure and lead the rectification of hierarchical audit (LPA) problems.
Application of analytical tools and technological innovation
Proficient in the use of motor analysis equipment (such as oscilloscopes power analyzers) and simulation software (ANSYS Maxwell MotorCAD) to output highprecision test reports.
Explore AIdriven predictive analytics models such as fault warning systems based on historical data to drive intelligent quality analysis upgrades.
2. Qualifications
Education and professional knowledge
Bachelor degree or above major in electrical engineering mechanical design automation and other related majors familiar with the working principle and industry standards of permanent magnet synchronous motors DC motors (such as IEC 60034.
Work Experience & Skills
More than 3 years of technical analysis experience in the automotive seat motor industry proficient in the performance parameters of the core components of the motor (such as stator and rotor) and the key points of production process control (such as worm dynamic balance accuracy etc..
Master the Six Sigma Greenbelt/Black Belt methodology and be able to independently complete DOE experimental design and SPC data analysis.
Tool application and learning ability
Proficient in LabVIEW MATLAB and other analysis software with Python script development ability is preferred (such as automated test data collection).
Continue to track the technology trend of new energy motors (such as silicon carbide drive technology) and adapt to the study and transformation of multinational technical literature.
Professionalism and language skills
Crosscultural communication skills (bilingual in Chinese/English) able to write technical reports and participate in crossborder technical conferences.
Strong resistance to pressure adapt to the rhythm of urgent problem research and multiproject parallel work (such as completing 5 quality analysis tasks in a single month).
