Our client is a supplier of electronics televisions and appliances. We are on the hunt for a Sales Manager who will develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals as well as make meaningful connections with customers. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure targeted Coverage Sales Distribution and Retail Presence objectives are met for both the warehouse and buying group entities and manage the national sales team efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Managing the Key Account Managers by setting objectives coaching and monitoring performance.
- Hire train motivate and advise a team of Key Account Managers.
- Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly setting sales goals analysing performance data and forecasting.
- Develop skills continuously for hiring training and leading team members and ensure that theyre using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Generate leads establish and nurture client relationships.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Monitor monthly achievement of sale product and retails goods and create improvement strategies where necessary.
- Monitor retail asset management in major retail stores for our distribution business.
- Sales commission templates to be completed and submitted to the COO by the 20th of every month.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in sales management.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working with a sales team or sales representatives to meet a company s annual sales target.
