Job Description
Responsible of ensuring:
- Preparation of Financials Statements and audit closure
- Closure of Audit Committee Requirements
- Ensure timely group reporting
- Review of Schedules to ensure Financial hygiene of Books of Accounts
- Monthly Book closure and review on time
- Owning the quarterly and yearly Stat Audit process.
- Facilitating with verticals & ensuring timely closure of audit observations in wellcoordinated manner
- Accounting of Financial Instruments
- Holding Subsidiary Accounting
- Consolidation of Accounts
- Analysing liabilities basis Accounting Standards and their accounting/ disclosure
- Interlock with secretarial team on matters of common interest viz. ROC filing Annual report and necessary certifications (XBRL Filing)
- Yearend deliverable includes Fit for Consolidation Pack
- Facilitating tax audits and computations on key accounting adjustments
- Provide accounting clarity on key matters across different verticals
- Perform monthly variance analysis on a range of accounts to verify accuracy and trends
