Il/elle sera bas(e) Paris et travaillera en troite collaboration avec les quipes Finance de chaque pays concern.

UN DMARRAGE PROMETTEUR

En tant quAnalyste Financier votre rle est de soutenir le suivi de la performance financire sur le primtre dfini. Vous prendrez progressivement en charge les missions suivantes :

Contrle financier / Reporting :

• Assister la coordination des cltures financires mensuelles en garantissant un reporting fiable en respectant les dlais (rsultats mensuels et prvisions).
• Participer la prparation des revues mensuelles et trimestrielles.
• Contribuer llaboration du budget annuel.

• Amliorer les modles de reporting et les tableaux de bord afin doptimiser les analyses et de mettre en avant les leviers de performance et les risques.

Analyse de la performance :

• Raliser des analyses sur demande partir des donnes disponibles.
• Dvelopper des tableaux de bord permettant lquipe de renforcer son suivi de mieux comprendre les enjeux business et daider la prise de dcision.

Amlioration continue :

• LAnalyste Financier contribuera galement la conception et la mise en uvre de projets damlioration continue.

VOS ATOUTS POUR RUSSIR

tudiant(e) en Master en cole de Commerce avec une spcialisation en Finance.

Excellentes comptences analytiques et numriques avec une capacit interagir avec diffrents dpartements.

Capacit lier les donnes financires aux vnements oprationnels et leurs impacts.

Curieux(se) orient(e) rsultats pragmatique proactif(ve) avec un esprit damlioration continue.

laise avec Excel PowerPoint ; une exprience de Power BI serait un plus.

Une premire exprience de stage en Finance / secteur industriel serait apprcie.

Matrise du franais et de langlais.

The Financial Analyst Apprentice will be part of the PWR Grid & Connect Rest of the World Finance Team. PWR Grid & Connect Rest of the World activities covers 4 dynamic regions: North America South America Middle East & Africa and AsiaPacific 17 Countries (Canada Colombia Ecuador Chile Peru Brazil Morocco Ghana Ivory Coast Nigeria Turkiye Lebanon Qatar China Korea Australia New Zealand).

He/She will be based in Paris and will work closely with Finance teams of each country of the scope.

It is the perfect position to discover Nexans worldwide business and finance operations and interact with key stakeholders.

GETTING A FLYING START

As Financial Analyst your role is to support the monitoring of financial performance within the scope. You will gradually take the following responsibilities:

Financial Controlling / Reporting:

• Assist in the coordination of the monthly financial closings ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly actuals & rolling forecast)
• Participate to the preparation of business reviews
• Participate in the elaboration of yearly Budget
• Continuously improve reporting templates / dashboards to improve analysis enabling to highlight performance key levers and areas of risks

Performance Analysis:

• Provide on request analysis based on available data
• Develop dashboards enabling the Team to strengthen its follow up better understand business challenges and take management business decisions

Continuous Improvement:

The Financial Analyst will also support and/or lead the design and deployment of continuous improvement projects.

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

• Master student in Business School with a specialization in Finance
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills and ability to interact with various departments
• Ability to liaise financials with operational events and impacts
• Curious result oriented hands on proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
• At ease with Excel PPT experience with PowerBI would be a plus
• Previous internship in Finance / Industry sector would be appreciated
• Fluent in French and English
