Prepareand update the DGR Manual DGR Training Manual Handouts and Circulars incoordination with Chief Instructor I DGR.
DevelopDGR training aids (Power point presentations videos exhibits posters anddisplays) and ensure the training modules are updated regularly.
Monitorthe overall effective training administration and ensure data is updatedregularly.
Ensuretimely submission of training reports and other documents to the Chief InstructorDGR to be handed over to the Regulator.
Supportthe Chief Instructor DGR to conduct periodic audits across network inoperational areas. Submit reports to the respective heads and ensure closure ofaudit findings.
Support Chief Instructor DGR to conductperiodic audits across the network ensuring regulatory compliance for DangerousGoods as per CAR and IATA DGR.
Ensure an auditing and recording systemis maintained for all regulatory requirements and all operations conform toDGCA requirements.
Assess monitor coach and provide trainees with feedback.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in transportation of dangerous goods by air.
Should be an approved instructor by DGCA as per CAR Section 11 Series C Part I
Must have conducted at least 2 DGR training courses in the past six months.
Wellrounded civil aviation experience in ground handling operations including passenger and baggage handling cargo operations and ramp operations is desirable.
Requirements
At least a graduate degree preferably with Physics and Chemistry at 102 level.
Must possess the Dangerous Goods training Certificate (Category 6
DGCA approved Dangerous Goods Instructor or possession of a Dangerous Goods Instructor course certification is mandatory.
