Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring that all architectural specifications and design principles are met onsite. You will collaborate with clients consultants and contractors to ensure smooth communication and efficient progress of the projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 510 years of relevant experience
- Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP)
- Proficiency in using Revit software preferably with certification
- Advanced knowledge of council documentation and submission processes
- Strong skills in technical detailing and construction documents
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
