OostkampAls Sales & Field Assistant ben je een belangrijke commercile en administratieve schakel tussen klant en Otis.Je rapporteert aan de Regio Manager. Na een grondige inwerkperiode waarbij je de functie en het bedrijf goed leert kennen zijn de hoofdtaken als volgt:
Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales Engineers en Supervisors die zich buigen over de regio Vlaanderen.
Je helpt klanten en stelt offertes op. Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid over onder andere de verkoop van nieuwe contracten.
Je wordt mee ingeschakeld voor ondersteunende taken binnen het regionaal kantoor.

sterk in administratieve taken
sterk aan de telefoon en in communicatie
tweetalig (NL en FR)
beschikbaar om fulltime te werken
Verder is het van belang dat je computervaardigheid hebt basiskennis van het Microsoft Office pakket) en een hoge mate van verantwoordelijkheid.
