Job Description

Position Overview:
As the Vice President of Marketing you will be responsible for leading the strategic marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our defense electronics systems and enhancing our market presence. You will leverage your extensive experience in both military and corporate environments to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness customer engagement and sales growth in the defense sector.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives and market dynamics. Utilize your understanding of military procurement processes and corporate marketing principles to identify key market segments competitive positioning and growth opportunities.
  • Product Positioning and Branding: Lead efforts to define and strengthen the companys brand identity within the defense electronics industry. Develop compelling messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with both military decisionmakers and corporate stakeholders.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct indepth market research and analysis to understand customer needs industry trends and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product development decisions and develop targeted marketing campaigns that address the unique requirements of military and corporate customers.
  • Marketing Communications: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including brochures presentations and promotional materials ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic objectives. Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels including digital marketing trade shows and events targeting both military and corporate audiences.
  • Lead Generation and Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts through effective marketing campaigns targeted outreach and sales enablement tools. Develop marketing programs to nurture leads through the sales funnel and drive conversions in both military and corporate procurement processes.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including military decisionmakers corporate executives industry influencers and government agencies. Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to enhance visibility and networking opportunities across military and corporate sectors.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a highperforming marketing team providing guidance mentorship and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability to achieve departmental goals and drive business growth.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in strategic marketing leadership roles within the defense industry with a strong understanding of military procurement processes and corporate marketing principles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion in both military and corporate environments.
  • Deep understanding of defense electronics systems technologies and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data trends and customer insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
