Education and/or Experience Required
- Bachelors Degreein Accounting Finance or a related field is required.
- 5 yearsof progressive experience in accounts payable with a focus on shared services required.
- 2 yearsof supervisory experience required.
- Experience withSarbanesOxley (SOX)compliance and internal controls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of accounting professionals required.
- Proficiency in accounting software andERP systems(e.g. JD Edwards SAP Oracle) is required.

Summary
The Manager Accounts Payable will lead the accounts payable team and oversee all aspects of the accounts payable process. This role requires a detailoriented and strategic leader with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounts payable team fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Oversee the entire accounts payable process ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Develop and implement accounts payable policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accounts payable operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and improve the procuretopay process.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of accounts payable processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms to optimize cash flow.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage the budget for accounts payable activities ensuring cost control and financial performance.
- Perform other related duties as required.
