What youll do
The SAP SuccessFactors User Assistance team is a worldclass technical communication organization that sets the standard for how product documentation creates value for SAPs Cloud HCM customers. We are looking for a highly motivated User Assistance Developer/Technical Writer with a demonstrated ability to manage projects in a fastpaced environment. As a member of our team youll help us deliver highquality content and support our teams global strategic initiatives to deliver customer success.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of user assistance assets that enable customers to deploy administer and use SAP software
Research products and technologies to develop a deep understanding of the software and target audience
Ensure transparency by providing estimates and managing milestones within a given release
Demonstrate a qualityfocused mindset to ensure content delivered is aligned with the relevant documentation standards and content architecture guidelines
Collaborate with product stakeholders customer support design and other SAP teams to create a worldclass information experience for our customers
Contribute to user assistance projects and initiatives for continuous innovation
What youll bring
Degree in Engineering Computer Science Technical Communication English or a related field
Experience in creating technical documentation and UX content design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in prioritizing tasks with a proactive mindset towards problemsolving and achieving results
Ability to research and analyze information for various content requirements
Capable of working on multiple priorities with various stakeholders in crosscultural global teams
Experience with DITA XML and a good understanding of AI and related technologies is a plus

In this role youll support our teams global strategic initiatives including things like delivering information products for SAP Business AI solutions creating taskoriented content for our HCM customers leveraging data insights to drive content strategy and exploring the connection between inproduct support taxonomy structured content and how they work together to foster customer loyalty.Our team thrives on building an information experience that delivers customer satisfaction.
