Required:
Atleast 1015 years of Oracle implementation experience with Minimum 2 endtoendimplementation of Oracle ERP Cloud at a client location
Goodunderstanding of latest industry trends in Financials related businessprocesses and practices.
Deepproduct understanding of all Finance modules (AR AP GL FA CM Tax andReporting)
Demonstrabletraits of thought leadership during client engagements
Domainexperience of managing the Finance function of a large organization would be anadded advantage
Experiencedin working in a global delivery model
Combinationof mentoring solution architecting business pursuit operations and deliverymanagement
Willbe responsible for regular delivery reviews and oversight of engagements thathave business processes as critical components
Highlyarticulate with excellent communication and presentation skills
Goodnegotiation skills with the internal as well as external stakeholders
Highlymotivated and hungry for growth.

Main Job Duties:
- Participate in analysis and design tasks related to the development and implementation of solution architecture.
- Create detailed functional design process flows build solution and perform unit testing of solution components
- Work with crossfunctional teams at customer site to drive system/solution/technical architecture
Willbe responsible for providing subject matter expertise during the entire projectlifecycle
Providing architectural solutionsdesign functional consulting for Oracle Financials Cloud
Determines implementation bestpractices across all projects
Provide training to the customers onthe solutions
Accelerate teams capabilities throughsolution design guidance targeted solution reviews and ondemandtroubleshooting
Anticipate customer needs and provideinputs for solutions
Keep track of timelines and scope andresolve conflicts between business and technology teams by communication andguidance and avoid any deviations
Work closely and collaboratively withthe project team and program manager to deliver the project scope
Analyze new and complex projectrelatedproblems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the scheduletechnology methodology tools solution components and financial managementof the project
Build credibility with others quicklyby delivering as promised and providing proactive communications
Basic:
Excellent ability to convince multiplestakeholders internal and external
Good communication skills
Good presentation skills
Experience throughout the softwaredevelopment life cycle
Manufacturing Domain experience
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Ability to interface directly withclients
