FoodsDivision is setting up best in class Integrated Consumer goods Manufacturing andLogistics (ICMLs) facilities across India. These facilities needs to be builtwith latest flexible future ready food processing technologies and automationthat can be standardized across categories. The incumbent Manager is a key rolein the ICML team responsible to create anchor and execute digitaltransformation and Industry 4.0 roadmap for the Foods business. IncumbentManager will closely work with the leadership team to ensure that they have theright digital tools support and data to deliver on their objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define Roadmap for DigitalTransformation towards the Industry 4.0 journey
Support the implementationdevelopment adoption of digital transformation and Industry 4.0 strategy androadmap across ICMLs and ensures its integration with the strategic planningprocess and the resulting business strategy and plans.
Provide a single point ofcoordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives andtransformation projects in scope
Set organisational goals to securehighest levels of operational excellence while at the same time drivingdigitization efficiency and growth
Should be able to apply data analytics toolsfor driving the aforesaid objectives.
Understand technology fundamentalsincluding architectures data modelling
Cloud Based Applications andapplication development lifecycle
Employ transformative technologies like IoTwith technocommercial feasibility
analysis.
Identify and develop automationstrategies. Initiate new ideas and lead the digital manufacturing processes.
Solve problems quickly thinkstrategically and make datadriven decisions
Act as advocate champion andchange agent in support of the organizational changes required to create andsustain digital capabilities
In coordination with Projects teamdrive standardization across ICMLs ensuring consistency in methodologyadoption of tools and processes
Engage with leading technologymanufacturers to keep abreast of industry trends and implement upgrades in anagile manner.
Qualifications& Competencies:
Engineering Graduate with 15 to 20years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role with experienceleading teams in change management and organizational development
Experience leading digital enablementteams to have migrated from on premise/legacy technologies to Industry 4.0 technologies
Experience in working acrossbusinesses on how to use Big Data and Predictive Analytics to collect and analyzeinformation as well as how to present analysis and recommendations to drive strategiccommercial decisions.
Able to develop and communicatevision and think strategically
Influence and Convince thestrategic team on implementation of transformative technologies.
Familiarity with ISA95Manufacturing Standards
Strong analytical and interpersonalskills
Experience of transformativeprojects / programs and driving change across crossfunctional teams.
Ability to develop good workingrelationships and operate as part of a team is critical
Ability to interpret businessobjectives and digital strategy to proactively identify issues and opportunities
Proven leadership and experience ininfluencing without authority
Results oriented and ability tobuild networks and drive innovation
Handson experience in FMCG industry
