Job Description

The National Sales Manager Export Markets will be responsible for managing and expanding the companys business with distributors and manufacturers in assigned territories. The role involves identifying and developing new customers driving market expansion and ensuring sustainable business growth. This position requires extensive international travel to key export markets including East Asia China Japan Europe and the US.We are seeking a Sales Director to leverage an established foundation of highperforming supply chain production quality and supporting functions to develop and lead a dynamic sales team. The Sales Director will build and mentor a team of sales and account managers to expand customer relationships with both large and smaller brands. They will also develop strategic partnerships with major international customers influencing senior decisionmakers to secure largescale bulk volume product sales.

DUTIES
Business Development & Market Expansion:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for export markets outlining target countries expected profitability and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify new customers establish relationships and open new export markets while strengthening existing customer partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitive dynamics and business opportunities in international regions.
Customer & Distributor Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors manufacturers and key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability objectives.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with international customers addressing their needs and concerns.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share expansion.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing logistics coordination and timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance making datadriven recommendations to optimize market penetration.
Export Compliance & Market Regulations:
  • Ensure compliance with all export laws regulations and import requirements of target markets.
  • Stay up to date with international trade policies tariffs and regulatory frameworks impacting the business.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and records of export agreements and transactions.
Marketing & Trade Promotion:
  • Plan and organize the companys participation in international trade shows exhibitions and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies tailored for different regions.
  • Build brand awareness and enhance the companys reputation in international markets.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business International Trade Sales or a related field.
    Minimum of 57 years of experience in export sales international business development or related roles.
  • Proven track record in managing distributor networks and opening new international markets.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of export laws regulations and market entry strategies.
  • Ability to travel extensively for business development and market expansion.
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
  • Proficiency in international trade documentation and compliance.
  • Adaptability to different cultures and business environments
