Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical/Quality/Production/Maintenance Engineer . This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in quality production and maintenance within the automotive/manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in mechanical engineering quality production or maintenance roles.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in the automotive/manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in quality control and assurance techniques.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the efficiency reliability and safety of production equipment and machinery.
- Conducting quality inspections and implementing quality control measures.
- Identifying and resolving any mechanical issues or malfunctions in production processes.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize production throughput and quality.
- Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment and systems.
- Providing technical support and guidance to production and maintenance teams.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and systems.
