Job Description
PreSales you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales teams and Channel Partners &Distributors by providing expert guidance on audiovisual (AV) solutions. You will work closelywith sales representatives to understand customer requirements and develop comprehensiveproposals. Your expertise in AV solutions and your ability to communicate effectively will beessential in driving successful sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
Preparing the design documentation for BOQ DPR budgets sketches and drawings.
Adding specifications and reviewing for approval.
Providing technical and design support to the sales team.
Handling product demos at customers site.
Managing the project implementation with postsales team.
Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to sales teams on AV solutionsensuring they have a thorough understanding of product offerings and capabilities.
Customer Engagement: Accompany sales team members on customer calls to assesstheir AV needs and build strong customer relationships.
Solution Development: Understand customer requirements and create Bills of Quantities(BOQs) along with conceptual Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) or schematics to address theirAV needs.
Proposal Facilitation: Communicate customer requirements effectively to the designteam to enable them to prepare detailed proposals.
Proposal Review: Review proposals prepared by the design team and explain them tosales team members ensuring they are wellequipped to present proposals to customers.
Attending PreBid Meetings to be able to put forward the requisite technological pointsand aligning them with Customer needs.
Customer Presentations: Accompany sales team members during customerpresentations and aid in explaining proposals addressing questions and overcomingobjections.
Product Expertise: Advise customers on the advantages and disadvantages of specific AVproducts helping them make informed decisions.
Project Support: Collaborate with the project team as needed to assist in developingproject schedules and ensuring the successful of AV projects.
Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provideinput around new products.
Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer.Opportunities

Requirements
Qualifications:
5 to 6 Years of experience in AV designing.
Qualification should be BE/Equivalent
CTS certified professional (Optional / Preference shall be given)
Proven experience in the audiovisual industry including knowledge of AV solutionsproducts and technologies.
Experience in preparing the design documentation for BOQ DPR budgets sketches anddrawings.
Basic technical support and demo support as per needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with sales teamscustomers and internal departments.
Detailoriented with the ability to create and review technical documents and proposals.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to provide creative solutions.
Project management experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
