Urgently seeking an experienced Head of Customer Support with proven managerial skills to oversee the daily operations of a support department.
Duties & Responsibilities
The incumbent will lead and manage a team of customer support agents providing guidance coaching and support to ensure that they deliver exceptional customer service.
You will also be responsible for performance monitoring process optimisation providing customer insights monitoring metrics training and development and budget management etc.
Requirements:
MBA or relevant Masters Degree (nonnegotiable)
Degree in Medical Technology or Healthcare
Experience dealing with various EXCO MANCO and HOD members
Must come from the Medical industry
2 years managerial experience
Experience in the healthcare sector will be beneficial
