Job Description

Ridham Enterprise an Apple authorized reseller is seeking a dedicated and resultsoriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an HR Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in sourcing screening and selecting qualified Sales Personnel to drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates suitability for Sales roles.
  • Manage the entire hiring process including onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Requirements


  • Proven experience in HR recruitment preferably in the technology or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools.
