Job Description
Ridham Enterprise an Apple authorized reseller is seeking a dedicated and resultsoriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an HR Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in sourcing screening and selecting qualified Sales Personnel to drive our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates suitability for Sales roles.
- Manage the entire hiring process including onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR recruitment preferably in the technology or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools.
