Job Description
We are working on behalf of a leading player in the Real Estate industry known for its innovative approach and dynamic growth. Our client is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Graduate Researcher with a background in Construction Studies or Property Studies to join their expanding team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth research on market trends property developments and construction innovations.
- Analyze data and produce reports that provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Support senior team members in research for new property acquisitions investments and project developments.
- Assist in creating market analysis reports feasibility studies and other documentation.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends regulations and key developments in real estate and construction sectors.
- Provide administrative support for project planning and property evaluation processes.
- A recent graduate or soontobe graduate with a degree in Construction Studies Property Studies or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and experience with research tools.
- Excellent communication and reportwriting skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A keen interest in the real estate and construction sectors with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
