Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a Banquet Set Up and server togreet guests set up and teardown banquet rooms utilizing chairs tables and AV equipment for guest functions. They will help maintain an efficient clean profitable and professional banquet facility by providing quality service hospitality and function room standards. This position will also be considered a float position and you may be scheduled as a host busser or expeditor in our dining room.As abanquet server you will provide table service and hospitality to our banquet guests. They will helpmaintain an efficient clean profitable and professional banquet dining room and serving areaby insuring quality service and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and tear down of all function room space according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) details and company banquet standards.
- To assist Captains and servers with serving food or beverage and stocking buffet lines when requested.
- Participate as a team player to provide smooth operations of this area.
- Keep the banquet rooms hallways storage and banquet kitchen areas neat clean and well organized.
- Display proper professional attitude demeanor and cooperation toward guests peers and management.
- Work in the banquet roomsto providetable service and hospitality to our guests
- Professionally represent the hotel and property when interacting with guests from the community and industry organizations
- Ability to work shifts involvingset up cleanup andtear down procedures
- Learn and maintain proper Health Department standards and codes
- Communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year prior food and beverage service experience preferred
- Proper uniform is required and must maintain a neat clean and wellgroomed appearance
- Attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
- May be required to work varying schedules
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently during workday
