Job Description
MAIN FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Pastoral Care Coordinator and within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures responsible for providing pastoral services to patients families and members of the Cooley Dickinson Hospital Health Care Team as appropriate.

Must be able to effectively interact appropriately to an individuals intellectual level and physical ability.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree required Masters degree preferred. Candidates with a minimum of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (or equivalent) preferred.
- A minimum of one year of hospice or pastoral care experience preferably in a hospital or health care environment.
- Experience in ministering to persons involved with lifethreatening illnesses required.
