Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls for fire water and mold damage.
- Conduct thorough assessments and inspections of damaged properties.
- Develop and implement restoration plans including mitigation and remediation strategies.
- Perform restoration tasks such as water extraction drying cleaning and sanitization.
- Coordinate with other team members subcontractors and insurance adjusters to ensure efficient restoration processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout the restoration project.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restoration services is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of fire water and mold restoration techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
