Job Description

School to Home LiaisonThe Ludlow Mount Holly Unified Union School District is seeking a part time 10 hours/week) Home to School Liaison to serve our Ludlow and Mount Holly Elementary Schools. This position will provide social services and assistance to improve the wellbeing of children and families within our district and to maximize the academic functioning of students. Candidates who should apply will successfully demonstrate a high degree of interpersonal and communication skills possess attention to detail and be adaptable with scheduling & everchanging circumstances. A Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work Counseling or related content area is required. Masters degree preferred.This is position will serve a vital role within our district. Join our teams & play a potential key role in contributing to the success of our students.
