Architectural & Design Sales Representative High Rise Division (New Builds)
Location: North York Ontario.
Compensation: Competitive salary uncapped monthly commissions (OTE $100000$120000 in year one potential for $150000$20000 within a few years)
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

This team is dedicated to delivering beautiful functional designs and helping a wide range of clients including designers contractors and homeowners find the perfect products for their projects.
Position Overview:
The Architectural & Design Sales Representative will be the sole rep for the New Builds/High Rise division. This is a clientfacing role focused on business development and account management within the architectural and design community. This individual will be selling into Architectural & Design (A&D) firms working on highrise residential buildings with a focus on securing largescale projects. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment and excels at developing longterm business relationships.

They are highly organized personable and professional with a proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. A keen eye for design strong business acumen and a proactive relationshipdriven approach will set you up for success in this role.

Expand and maintain business relationships with existing clients in A&D firms by understanding their needs providing tailored solutions and managing accounts to foster longterm partnerships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the A&D sector by researching potential clients initiating contact and presenting suitable flooring products and services to expand the company's market presence.
Prepare and deliver design proposals and presentations to architects designers and other key stakeholders that communicate the value and benefit of the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
Maintain and develop an indepth understanding of current industry trends and market developments to provide expert consultation and recommendations for flooring projects.
Monitor and manage project timelines and specifications coordinating with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are completed successfully.
35 years of proven B2B sales experience ideally in a designoriented environment.
Background in architecture design fashion or other creative industries is preferred.
Knowledge of hardsurface materials such as tile stone mosaics and porcelain is considered an asset.
Experience working on largescale residential project plans is considered a strong asset.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
