Our client sells a global leading GRC SaaS solution which empowersmore than 1 million users globally. The New Business Development Manager willdriverevenue growth through prospect/customer meetings pipeline creation andcommercial deal management. The role will focus predominantly on enterpriseclients within the private sector. This individual contributor role will drivegrowth primarily through the sales cycle from effective customer prospectingpipeline management accurate forecasting through to deal completion. The rightindividual is enthusiastic and commercially focused with a proven track recordin influencing negotiating and closing deal.

- Working environment & travel: Exceptionally busyteamorientated environment. Drivers license and own transport is essential.
- Working hours: 07h30 16h00 or 08h00 to 16h30 or 08h30 to17h00 (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate a qualified new business pipeline throughcoldcalling and other proven techniques.
- Utilise strategic proven sales methodologies to ensure thatnew business opportunities convert to new business software sales.
- Prepare business cases proposals tender responsespresentations and sales contracts.
- Prepare a variety of sales status reports includingactivities followups closings and adherence to targets.
- Ensure that the CRM system (Salesforce) is accuratelyupdated with all necessary information.
- Adopt a solutions selling approach rather than a featuresand functionality sales approach.
- Effectively manage the endtoend sales cycle fromopportunity to deal close.
- Actively increase your industry knowledge to educate andcreate awareness within the customer environment.
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge and be ableto sell the unique benefits of the solution.
Requirements
Required Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or relatedfield.
- At least 5 years experience with a Demonstratedtrackrecord in overachieving challenging targets within an enterprisesoftware solution sales role.
