The Role: Prepress Operator
Reports to: Prepress Manager
Location: Orora Visual California Chicago New Jersey
FSLA: NonExempt
Position Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and detailoriented Experienced Prepress Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing digital files for printing ensuring that all
files are correctly formatted and ready for production. This role requires a strong understanding of printing processes color management and file preparation. The Prepress Operator will work
closely with designers clients and production staff to ensure that all projects meet the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include reviewing and correcting files creating proofs and
troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the prepress process. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills the ability to work under tight deadlines and a keen eye
for detail. This is a critical role in our production process and we are looking for someone who is passionate about print and has a strong technical background in prepress operations. If you have

Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment. However frequent trips to the production floor and other buildings is expected. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; drive; and see.
