Job Description
- To support Facility Management Team leading a 24/7 operation team organize and implement a comprehensive maintenance program of all mechanical and electrical installation.
- Utilities setup Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment and installation are managed systemically and run in optimum operating condition and in cost effective manner.
- Administration of 24/7 M&E operation team consists of Chargeman/Technician on daily operation job function.
- Plan & execute Energy Conservation and Environmental improvement activities.
- Works closely with (EHS) in ensuring safe works practice.
- Support audits activities i.e. ISO& 45001 etc.
- To works closely with GR team (Global Realestate) on related matters.
- Plan approval process executing new related project.
- Budget planning Overhead BAU MAE etc.
- Develop and maintain records and reports i.e. preventive maintenance activities equipments master list etc.
Qualifications :
- Must have relevant Certificate of Electrical HT Chargeman BO 11Kv or 33Kv).
- Required 810 years experience in Facility Maintenance operation.
- Good Knowledge and Exposure of Facility process procedures and technology.
- Computer literate power point excel words AutoCad will be an added advantage.
- Selfdriven leadership Independent strong interpersonal communication analytical problemsolving skills selfmotivated person result oriented & team player.
