Job Description
Description of the role:
Join our team at Wynne Ford as an Automotive Parts Specialist. As a key team member you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians with their automotive part needs and ensuring that they find the right parts efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and parts transactions
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive parts or a related field
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
