What Youll Do:
- Lead ClientFacing Projects: Manage complex software development initiatives ensuring success in design quality and team leadership. Guide projects using microservices .NET DXP ecommerce and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) in Azure.
- Champion Agile : Oversee sprint and backlog management delivering highquality solutions that align with our Vision to Victory commitment.
- Ensure Technical Excellence: With Principal Architect drive best practices maintain high code quality and align teams on architectural standards.
- Manage Scope Budgets & Expectations:Proactively guide clients track project financials and ensure deliverables meet toptier standards while staying on budget.
- Collaborate & Engage Stakeholders: Build strong client relationships may lead requirements discovery and create key project artifacts.
- Support Business Development: Assist in opportunity qualification estimation and proposal development.
- Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading teams 310 members) on enterpriselevel webbased and cloudbased software projects.
- Consulting & Client Success: Background in consulting or digital agencies with strong client management skills.
- Technical Project Management: Expertise in enterprise web applications cloud platforms .NET Sitecore Azure) and modern architectures.
- Agile & Business Analysis: Deep understanding of Agile Scrum and backlog management.
- Budget & Financial Management:Experience managing project budgets forecasting costs and ensuring financial accountability.
- HandsOn Technical Foundation: Prior experience as a developer or technical background is a plus.
