3. Keep a track of employee probation completions process assessment of confirmations to respective Team Managers Timely draft of all such correspondences
4. Timely wishes and emails from Company to team members Birthdays
5. Create avenues for increased Management Employee interface offsite / parties / tea / lunches
6 Manage Attendance and leave Calendar Monitoring daily late comings etc. Ensure penalization of habitual late comers.
