Engineer Fitter / Welder Fabricator Derrylin Co. Fermanagh
Salary: 14 16 per hour depending on experience
We are recruiting on behalf of a wellestablished manufacturing company for an experienced Engineer Fitter / Welder Fabricator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to quality innovation and employee development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing fixed plant machinery ensuring production efficiency and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on fixed plant machinery including hydraulics welding conveyor systems and general fitting work
- Perform welding and fabrication using MMA MIG Plasma Oxygen and Acetylene
- Conduct Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
- Ensure all work meets quality and Health & Safety standards
- Maintain stock levels of spare parts to support efficient operations
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Be flexible to work overtime when required
Requirements:
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in maintenance repair fitting hydraulics welding and conveyor systems
- Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive and selfmotivated approach
