Your role
- You plan manage and realize Brownfield projects at sites across the EMEA region with a particular focus on the Heidelberg location
- You provide technological and process engineering support for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects
- You prepare tender documents as well as cost and schedule plans ensuring strict adherence to the investment budget and deadlines
- You independently solicit and process offers working closely with the purchasing department
- You communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as production quality management and product development
- You handle communication and coordination with external stakeholders including suppliers authorities and other public institutions
- You monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements
- You optimize procedural processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- You manage changes within the project scope ensuring smooth transitions and adaptation
- You track project progress and update the central project database WAVE accordingly
- You implement food safety environmental quality and occupational health and safety guidelines in all aspects of the project
Our profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in a technical field preferably in process engineering or food technology with several years of relevant experience ideally in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- You are fluent in both German and English with strong written and spoken communication skills
- You are proficient in handling all MS Office applications and knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- You have strong skills in modern communication and presentation techniques
- You demonstrate a high degree of initiative independence and flexibility coupled with a willingness to travel
- You possess excellent communication skills
