Job Description
NOCCCD is now accepting applications for Commercial Portrait Photography Instructor PoolPartTime at Fullerton College! Prepare students for careers in professional photography while adhering to the departments curriculum and mission. May be asked to teach days evenings and in the dual enrollment program.
Essential Functions
Examples of essential functions are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature.
Desirable Qualifications
Extensive experience in photographing weddings and special events with proven expertise in using speedlites for both indoor and outdoor settings. Demonstrated success in helping students from historically underrepresented and/or marginalized groups nontraditional students speakers of other languages and students with learning disabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Any Bachelors degree or higher AND two 2 years of professional experience directly related to the teaching assignment OR Any Associate degree AND six 6 years of professional experience directly related to the teaching assignment Commitment to diversity. All applicants must have demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic socioeconomic cultural disability gender gender identity sexual orientation and ethnic backgrounds of community college students faculty and staff. The applicant must be able to demonstrate how these factors relate to the need for equity minded practices within the classroom.
