Job Description
Accountable for all HR and labour relations globally (South Africa London and New York)
- Oversee employee relations and ensure positive workplace cultures across locations
- Design oversee and implement HR policies procedures and programs across all locations
- Lead on recruitment processes
- Lead on all performance management and disciplinary action
- Provide documentation for all labourrelated matters
- Ensure HR compliance and risk management
- Lead on skills development and training strategy implementation and reporting
- Lead on HR programs including employee wellness programmes benefits programs and compensation
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational design and workforce planning
- Partner with directors to implement organisational change change management restructuring
- Foster diversity equity and inclusion initiatives that reflect global presence
- Manage global mobility programs
- HR Qualification or Bachelors Degree minimum
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRMSCP SPHR CIPD)
- 5yr experience working as an HR Manager
- International HR experience (preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills high Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Empathy and confidentiality
- Organizational skills managing multiple HR functions and deadlines
- Negotiation conflict resolution and mediation skills
- Team collaboration the ability to work crossfunctionally with leadership finance and other departments.
- Experience with HR analytics
- Experience in a creative or cultural sector (preferred but not essential)
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across diverse environments
